Subject: one of the reasons why I don't use your site is because of issues like this.
You sent me " BubbleWrap - Your RedBubble Stats & Win a
Lensbaby Composer!" with a link to see 'my stats'. It's been so
long I thought maybe I'd give it a whirl. When I tried to log on I
got the error message "account suspended" and no apparent way to
resolve it.
When I was using the site actively before, I was often kicked off
while uploading and had general issues with my 'website' that were
never resolved. It became so frustrating that I stopped trying.
So today... it is really no surprise to be invited back to your
website only to be told I'm suspended.

Hi Lisa,
This was our mistake. We accidentally sent this newsletter to some people who no longer have an account on RedBubble. The statistics you received would have been very old from when the account was still active.

I sort of figured that part out but why isn't there a way for me to
reactivate my account? I would have if it were easy to find and as
far as I can see now, I can't even make a new one because my old one
is still there somewhere... I'm probably not the only person with
this problem.

Hi Lisa,
There hasn't been a request for a reactivation facility so it hasn't really come up before in our planning. You might like to suggest it in the Ideas Forum if you decide to sign up again. When signing up again, you will need to choose a different username to the one you originally had.
