Subject: Customer Information
I made a sale and went to add the customer to my data base nd I could not find any infromation or where the sale came from. Am I missing a place. I did a search and nothing came up.
Thanks. Customer information is an extreamly important for me.

Privacy of the client is important to Redbubble. "We will never rent or sell your personal information to any third party."
My view as another RB user: Since RB is acting as your agent RB artists fall in the category Third party in the above privacy statement since party 1 is RB and party 2 is the buyer.
Redbubble buyers have the option to leave you a message when buying but they can choose not to do so. Even if they leave you a message they might not reveal their identity and or address.

Bummer... I am really liking the bubble site. That is a major strike down cause you can't even track your Marketing. Well a Suggestion maybe as "Option" to be added to the Artist Newsletter or Journal for starters. I guess the only way around this for me, s to Add a Mailing List Link in the front page. That would work. . Thank you for the answer.

HTML doesn't work. This very limited set works
Best to put your form on your website and create a link on the Bubblesite.
