Subject: Only pages that load for Redbubble are these support pages.
For the past 24 hours I can't load any pages that are from
Redbubble except this. It shows I am logged in. I dumped all
history and cookies. I have sent a support message to Hughesnet
Satellite internet service about it but nothing came back yet. All
computers in our home can't load Redbubble now. Is there some work
around to view Redbubble with Hughesnet Service ? I just get a
blank white screen and the work Done on the lower left window pane.
I had no problems view and uploading images to RB before. My nick
name is Velveteagle on RB. Both IE and FireFox Browers have been
cleaned and it still does not work. I can view any other websites
with no problems at all.

It seems I am still signed in after clearing all my cookies and all other sites are asking me to sign or log in again.. Nothing clears here.. This is the image I show on this page.. Notice I am logged in still.. ?? If I click the home page link I get the same blank white page..

Update to support on RB. I just spent 30 min talking to a nice fellow from India.. Regarding my problems of not being able to load images or anything but a white screen on RB from my Hughes.net service.. Satellite .. They said that the modem 9000 that I am using disabled your loading of RB so I can't view RB.. They enabled it so now all seems well.. I can view and exchange .. Would you guys do me a favor and see if you can contact Hughes.net service Support and clear up your server settings with them.. There are millions of people who use the Hughes Dish internet service and if they can't view your site it really cuts down on your traffic and sales.. Thank you for your time.. Ok.. I have gone through a day with Hughes Net Service and there advanced tech support can't figure out why I can load www.redbubble.com but not see any images on any pages from your IP. I was reading older support topics and one thing caught my attention. Could you check to see if the IP from Hughes Net is on your block list ? I ran your referred site to see what my IP is. Well it says Proxy Server Detected and gives two IP's
67.142.168.148
72.171.161.29
I have been working on this for a few days. I would love to be able to use my velveteagle site on Redbubble. At one time I could get to the sign on page and then it would go to a white image. All other sites I got to work fine. My Desktop and Laptop have the same problem. Shows the page loads but its white . Please email me at velveteagle@gmail.com
I am pretty good with software and keeping my computer clean and running well. No luck with Hughes Net support they said they are not blocking any servers nor is your server IP being blocked or disabled.. Thank you for your time..

If you're running a firewall and recently loaded in new software you may have to allow it to update the firewall acceptable software list. I've had this problem before when Microsoft release new software updates and my firewall blocks the changes. It's worth a try. Hope that helps

Hi Chuck,
Quite a few messages in the Support Forums from Hughes Net users having problems. Looks like each time when the RB website has a major upgrade a bunch of Hughes Net users are getting problems. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying this is due to the RB website not working correctly (most none Hughes Net users seem to be doing OK) but somehow the connection between Hughes Net and RB is not smooth.
I haven't seen a solution so far.
The support pages aren't running on the Redbubble servers and are not a part of the Redbubble website which explains why you can see it.

*Thank you Jo.. Its a bit frustrating to say the least.. LOL.. I have
deleted my virus program and installed another. Checked all my security
settings and deleted the thousands long list of sites that get blocked on
Firefox.. Internet Explorer is updated and all settings correct.. I will try
later with Hughs Net but even Advanced Tech Support could find no problems..
Until then I will keep reading.. Have learned a ton so far and could not
update post on tech support today .. You said they were having problems.. I
noticed they use a different IP address.. Hope to be able to view the RB
pages soon.. They load just no images.. Have a great day..

I can confirm that the problem lies with Hughesnet and isn't something you or we can solve. When our tech team contacted Hughesnet, we were told there are no plans to resolve the issue. I wish there were something we could do but I'm afraid it's out of our hands.

great for contacting Hughes Net. I will work on my end to do some tweaking
on there server settings myself. It will take a bit of time but so worth
being able to view RB. I also will write a very interesting letter to there
Chief Support staff and explain how they are cutting into my business and
let them know that articles about how Hughes net selectively creates
connection problems to some sites. It will be a beware usage blog on
facebook and other area's. But I have to do some research and talk to a few
others I find using Hughes Net. But I thank you and the Redbubble staff who
have taken time to look into this.. I would post my problems on RB but
nothing will load but the white page .. So far..LOL.. Have a great day Jo..

Is there a way to secure the entire site itself or is that something with too many problems.. Good News.. After hours no days of study and research I have come up with a work around that I just now loaded Redbubble.com .. Even the secure site loads where I can log on.. I shall forward the information to RB Tech Support and let them handle further help for others whom use Hughes Net service and can't reach Redbubble to sign on or view at least.. I just hope this keeps working..

Why not post the info here? That would enable other Hughes Net users to test your solution and see if it works for them.
