Hi guys

So I've looked everywhere over your site, in the FAQs, knowledge base, forums, etc and I can't find a difinitive answer to my question. It's probably one you've had a hundred times before. If I order a panoramic framed print, will the frame be in the same ratio (5:1 for instance) as the image or will it be a standard sized frame with more matte fill at the top and bottom? Also, can I get it framed bigger than 610mm on the longest side?

   Hi Rowan,

   We have three frame "shapes" including a panoramic option. So we won't frame it with heaps of matte on the top and bottom. Unfortunately we don't have larger sizes though.

   12.2 x 18.2 inches
   310.0 x 462.0 mm

   Medium
   13.2 x 26.5 inches
   335.0 x 673.0mm

   Large
   18.4 x 30.0 inches
   468.0 x 763.0mm
