Subject: Password reset problems
I had no problems for the first 2 days of
membership...but...
During the day, Thursday, I was on line with RedBubble to review my
images and note comments. I closed down and out/off line for
several hours and came back on line quite late the same
evening...only to find out that I couldn't get to my bubble and
that I had to reset my password. I did, then did my thing in my
bubble, and closed down for the night.
This morning, again, could not get into my bubble, password reset,
done. got in.
I went offline for a while, came back and once again, password had
to be renewed.
What gives? ???

Is the password field automatically filled in by your browser?

No. Both address and password wndows blank!

Seems I made an IDtenT error by entering my email addy in the User Name, instead. Duh?
What I don't understand is, since I first checked 'save' password data before when I joined... and it worked several times thereafter...and I never log out in order avoid having to sign in each time, why would I be requested to sign in again when I returned??
Never dull, is it?
