Questions about artist earnings? No problem!

Our support team are here for you US and Australian business days and hours, and generally won't be longer than 2 business days unless deeper investigation is required with the accounts team.

Here's how to jump the queue:

• When do I get paid? If the earnings are over the threshold, the payment is processed the next month. More juice here.

• Please include your full name and Redbubble username.

• Something not right with your payment? Remember your sales history will only list sales made, and not payments already made to you. Please check your payment history account for those.

• Remember only shipped orders up until the end of last month are payable, and so if you haven't received a manufacturing receipt for a sale, it is not yet payable.

• The artist markup for each sale is a percentage of the base price. The base prices vary for different shipping destinations, so the sales payments for each sale may vary. More info on base prices here.

• If something doesn't look right, please let us know the bill/order number of the sale/s you feel are not right, so the accounts folk can see what you see.

• If you have received an email advising that a cheque has been posted from Australia, please be patient, it's a long way!
