Knowledge Base: Changing an Order

RedBubble makes up each product especially for you once you place an order. We know you are excited about receiving your package of goodies, so we start the production process as soon as we can. This means sending off your order to be printed within minutes of it being finalized. We are able to change the address details of an order, if it's caught early enough,but as we cannot change anything about the item itself, it's always best to double check the details beforehand. We are not able to add an extra item to an order after it has been placed or arrange for multiple orders to be shipped together.

That said, we will always do our best to fix up any mistakes if you contact us as soon as possible.
