Knowledge Base: Delivering your order
The times below relate to how long orders take to post or
courier to you. The total amount of time it takes from the day you
place your order until it lands on your doorstep is usually about
3 weeks. This is including weekends.
Please note that when we quote 'business days' this does not
include weekends.
T-shirts
RedBubble t-shirts are printed in the United States. Your order will take a total of 10-15 business days from the day you place it. You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been shipped. From the date of that email, it usually takes 5-10 business days to reach you.
Wall Art, Cards and Calendars
Wall art is printed in Australia. You have the option of
ordering standard, or express. Your order will take a total of
10-15 business days for standard, and 5-10 business days for
express from the day you place it.
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been
shipped. From the date of that email, it usually takes 5-10
business days to reach you for a standard order, and 3-5 business
days for an express order.
How will it be delivered?
We know you're excited about receiving your order, in one piece and on time. To give you the best service, we use a range of shipping methods including your local post service and international couriers. It's a good idea to provide an address which is usually attended, just in case a signature is required.
If your order contains a few different products, it might be shipped as several separate packages, arriving several days apart.
As packages enter a new country, they need to go through customs. Usually this happens very quickly and does not affect the shipping time for your order. However, every now and then it can cause a delay. Unfortunately this is out of our control so we'll keep wishing for someone to invent time machines, or faster planes.
If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, a good first step is to check with your local post office in case it arrived when you were not home, but if that doesn't help, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.
