Knowledge Base: I lost my username or password
Don't panic. We all forget things sometimes - where we put the car keys, the date of our wedding anniversary, that i comes before e except after c.
But to recover your RedBubble username or password is very simple and only takes a minute.
Start by clicking the "I lost my username or password" link on the sign in page.
This will take you to the Recover Your Account page. Simply
enter your email address, click "recover my account" and wait for
an email from us with everything you need. Ta da!
(Not there? Check your junk mail or any other email accounts you
may have used to sign up.)
But that's my old email address. Help!
We have to consider the privacy and security of each RedBubble
account which means we are unable to change the email address
registered with us on your behalf or help you get access to an old
account. If you no longer have access to the email address you
signed up with, I'm afraid you are locked out until you remember
your password. You know who you are, but we have to presume you are
a nasty hacker trying to get someone's personal details which are
safely stored in their RedBubble account. Thanks for
