Knowledge Base: Closing your group

To delete a group that you host, first ensure your co-hosts support the closure, then contact support with your request. Please include the URL of the group which looks like this - http://www.redbubble.com/groups/friends-of-redbubble

Group closures are permanent. We trust that the host contacting us with the request is representing the group's hosting team and all parties are happy with the decision.

We also regularly close groups which no longer have a host. We also close groups if the host/s no longer log in or maintain the group. If you notice empty or abandoned groups we'd appreciate you letting support know so we can follow up.
