With such a diverse community of talented artists from around the world, RedBubble is proud to support the work of so many in reaching a truly global audience.

How can I contact you guys?

Because our culturally and geographically diverse team receive enquiries from all 4 corners of the world, we wouldn't want you to have to wait on hold if you called us. Instead, we provide quality support and customer service through our email and online support discussion system. This system allows us to provide a service that is as convenient to use no matter what your local timezone is or where in the world you might be.

If you need support, no matter what time of day or night, you can start a new discussion by clicking on the help button at the bottom of each page. All new discussions are private which means only you and RedBubble staff can see them. Or you can jump straight to our learning center to get help with using the RedBubble website from our talented and helpful artist community.

Where will my products be made?

When placing your order, the entered delivery address will determine which of our printing teams will hand-craft your goodies for you. No matter where in the world you are ordering from, this will ensure that your order can take advantage of localized production. Please note that some types of products can only be printed in some locations and will be shipped internationally.

Can I come and pick up my order?

As we hand-craft all our awesome products in our various locations around the world when you order, we do not currently have a showroom or central pick-up location. Not to worry, we start printing your order almost immediately and our shipping partners know where you live!
